A Mixed Bag!

A daily sight in our kitchen. Surprisingly, there are no potatoes in view-the vegetable wrack is usually the next stop after the bottom drawer!

Every summer we have a delivery of wood which we burn in a stove throughout the winter. After recovering from the initial shock at the noise of the tractor, the girls were facinated by this new spectacle in the courtyard. Manolo then spent all morning and a good part of the afternoon stacking it all in our garage.
