Luca's 10th Birthday

We decided that Luca's 10th birthday warranted an extra special celebration with a family day out at Genoa's aquarium and a party with his schoolmates at the local bowling alley. Both were a success, thank goodness! We easily found a parking space right outside the aquarium and only made one wrong turn on the way home, coming off the motorway at Savona but thankfully we got straight back onto it! And all without a satnav - well done Daddy!!

We paid extra for a behind the scenes guided tour which included the roof!

This dolphin was definitely trying to get it on the shot as it swam past several times right next to the glass. But very difficult to get the perfect shot....

After about three hours inside the aquarium we were in dire need of some fresh air so went for a stroll along the harbour and had an ice cream or two!
